About
Data systems should make operations simpler, not create another thing to babysit.
SteadyState Data was created around a pattern seen repeatedly across businesses. Companies often have sophisticated operational needs, but their data processes evolved organically rather than being designed. Over time:
- Scripts accumulate.
- Spreadsheets become systems.
- Employees become integrations.
- Reports become manual rituals.
- Vendor platforms become critical dependencies.
- Nobody has time to redesign the whole thing.
SteadyState Data exists to fix those problems pragmatically — starting with the process, not the code.
Founder
SteadyState Data was founded by an engineer with more than a decade of experience building data integrations, reporting systems, operational platforms, and automation across energy, financial services, and business operations.
That experience spans high-volume operational data, US energy markets, financial and servicing environments, API integrations, reporting systems, and business-critical workflows that don't get to have a bad day.
